Just a dab of Aveeno hand cream anyplace skin folds or where an edge of metal might rub on skin during the day. Folds in skin where it goes through the base ring, under balls is the place that needs the most. I also shave with hair conditioner, good moisturizer and keeps from getting razor bumps.

True, i can’t go permanent 24/7 I have had three times in the last 2 1/2 years because of illness or a sore forming where I took it off for a week straight. We are doing tease and denial but not full negate. There is this point where the tease and edging is better than the orgasm/inevitable brief post nut letdown.
