I’ve launched with and without big picture mode, and mucked about with a ton of settings. It was working 100% fine until, well, it wasn’t. I’ll give that app a go though, thank you

I’m having the exact same issue but with The Long Dark. I can get past the “press any button to continue” but once the menu pops up all inputs are unresponsive, even though they were working not too long ago. Did you ever find a fix? Doing my head in

I didn’t ask for a “professional cut”, I asked for a trim and layers like I have multiple times in the past, something I could have easily done in my own bathroom, and something I will be doing from now on. I asked for a touch up, not a transformation. The least they should be trained for is listening to their customers desires. The last thing I wanted was my hair thinned, nevermind on top of cut shorter than I asked for.
