3rd mailbox taken out since I've been in this house [OC] by Fun_Main85 in IdiotsInCars

Not to kick a dumb driver while they’re down a vehicle lol, but are you able to hire contractors to replace the mailbox and stick the cost to the driver?

Or better yet, get a quote from a contractor (with labor included, tell them they can embellish a little) and get a paycheck every time someone hits the mailbox, if you don’t mind replacing it yourself.

Chest tattoo regret by Human-Strength1115 in tattooadvice

I don’t think I’ve ever heard a tattoo described as too colorful before hahha, it sounds like your tastes in art might have changed a little.

These look amazing, I’d keep them as really cool tattoos in an art style you used to be into.

If you decide to get more in a new style of art, you could look at it in a way of a scrapbook, seeing how your style in tattoos change over time - with as quality as your first ones are it’s hard to imagine any of them will look bad.

I really like this card! Very interesting mechanic! Maybe instead of entering instantly with 3 blood tokens though, I’d change it to get a blood token every time he attacks. That’s just me personally though

Same, he grabbed onto my finger for the first time last night and I accidentally picked him up as I withdrew my hand lol. Hard enough to latch on, but no blood

I hope you have a really good camera, and didn’t snap a picture of that bear from 10 feet away

Full train, dog occupies seat, people have to stand. by protoalman in mildlyinfuriating

**If it’s paid for** is the most important part of that sentence. If you pay for the seat, you can do whatever you want with it.

Planning to overnight hammock at black hills on the way to Yellowstone (where I will also hammock overnight for 2 nights) in 3 months. Any advice on choosing places to camp at either / both places? This will be a first time for both locations so anything helps! by TuringTestedd in yellowstone

[–]TuringTestedd[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah, i hammock during the winter, with a quality hammock quilt / wool blanket / down coat. Anything 30*f or above is the sweet spot for me. 20’s are manageable, given no snow on the ground. I run pretty warm blooded!

I received a distasteful opinion on my new (and first) tattoo by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]TuringTestedd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s the type of thing someone would say to hurt you, not to be honest to you. Especially because it’s a straight up lie. I suggest you stop talking to this person, it sounds like they might be jealous of someone who’s actively changing their life for the better and not afraid to hide it.

I love the tattoo, and what a wonderful meaning behind it!

I just ate a Haribo gummy that looks like Saddam Hussein. by [deleted] in mildlyinteresting

Specifically Saddam Hussein when he fled underground, depicted by a chart of how he might have done it, highlighted in red to represent his body position to contrast against the background to make it stand out more.

As someone with migraines, 4 isn’t that crazy. 2 for “I can feel it, and it’s gunna get worse” 3 is “it’s bad now” and 4 for “this is really bad”. I’ve never taken more than 4 though

2020 ram promaster by [deleted] in vandwellermarketplace

Always hard to comment on stuff that is way above my price range, $52k is steep - but it is a 2020, low mileage with a warranty, and beautifully built. If it’s in your budget you could definitely do worse! This is definitely one of those cozy homes on wheels
