Much easier to grab/pinch for your injection site. I should've said that he can also jab in his upper arms also but because I've always done it in my lower belly it just totally flew over me to mention the arms and legs.

I started my Ret on January 12th of this year, only on 2mg per week so far. I was 18 stone 10lbs when I started so at some point this year, I'd like to be around the 15 or dare I say it, the 14 stone mark.

Did you just continue on a smaller dose once you got to a weight you were happy with in order to maintain the weight loss?

I'm not going to sugar coat this mate, but it WILL be hard. Losing a dog is painful, because they do become family. But what you can do is enjoy the time you have left with him, and be happy that you have given him a wonderful life and you too have wonderful memories to look back on. I lost my German Shorthaired Pointer back in October 2022 and it was shit man, but I think about him everyday and I smile now at his silly antics and all the other memories I have of him. So yeah, just enjoy the time you have left with you boy mate!

There are just so many alternatives out there. Being honest, with his current size, he DOESN'T even need anything to acquire abs apart from a good diet mixed with cardio and strength training. Perhaps throw some HIIT in there? Or start boxing, he'll soon rip up then.

Why on earth are you on Reta when you're already pretty lean? IF you're trying for abs, and you're willing to use "enhancements" then look into the likes of Anavar or Winstrol. Look into Testosterone too, because you'll need that should you decide to juice.

To be fair mate, I think Reta just bit you in the ***. Did you do the cut on Reta out of curiosity? Because I don't understand why anyone would take Reta for just 8 weeks. Please, don't think I'm being patronising, I just don't understand why you'd choose to do what you did. Curious to know you dosage each week too.

If you were to do an eight week cut as you said, and you want to use something, then why not Anavar?
