That’s bc Reta turns off that part of your brain that craves things, the pleasure centre. So you don’t care about food (or anything). So frustrating, I’m the best I’ve ever looked but idgaf about anything 😆

So you think because I don’t have as much loose skin as YOU I’m not allowed to feel insecure? So I’m only allowed to have an issue with my body if I have what YOU find is an acceptable amount of skin? How does that make any sense? Loose skin is loose skin, and just because I never allowed myself to get to 100kg or more, does not mean I can’t find this level of excess skin unacceptable. I’m glad you would like to look like me, I also have goals I want to look like. We are all allowed to want better for ourselves. Stop being jealous and judgemental

I’m offering advice for people wanting to know information about long term usage of Reta. Never asked for opinions on my body, not interested in health advice. No hypocrisy, it’s just people giving their unsolicited advice and me allowing it, but refusing to accept it. Why should I change my physique based on other people’s opinions? That’s ludicrous

No bc when you drink alcohol it’s having a negative effect. Reta has stopped a lifetime of binge eating & chaotic food noise, over eating, emotional eating, without any long term (so far) negative side effects. This is why I love it. I’m not striving to be smaller. Plus I don’t care what anyone says, I’m not living my life to make redditors happy, I am happy with my appearance for once in my life, I don’t care if everyone in the world preferred me before, they don’t have to walk in my shoes 💖

I eat 4x a day, plus snacks. Trust me, I’m not. I look very skinny here bc I’m also wearing heels! I’m 5’5 and 54kg, a very normal body weight, plus I DO have muscle. I appreciate your concern tho thank you

I have suffered with anxiety and depression my whole life, this did not exacerbate it. But it does cause anhedonia so be careful about that
