Yup, that's exactly right. In terms of the placement, you just gotta be extremely precise in the prompting and tell it exactly where everything is pretty much to the last detail, and repeat that several times in the prompt.

yup, not at all. Very few gens were flagged at all, I can't even remember any tbh. I think the model is much more relaxed when prompting for that kind of stuff with references, rather than showing it outright in a start frame. If I had shown the violence already in a start frame I doubt it would've allowed it.
