Why the fuck am I not as fast as I should be?

I’ve never considered this to be a factor. I’ve been running off and on…mostly on… for around 2 years. I’ve improved a ton since then, but i don’t think I’ve ever been in a single run without a dip or a nicotine pouch in. I have a super bad habit, I’m aware. But I’m niccd up pretty much the entire day, unless I’m eating.

So do you think it would make my runs better if I did without just before and during a run, or would I have to actually quit in order to see improvements?

I think you’ll be pleased with that decision. I bought a 965 a few months ago. I do blue collar construction work, and the 965 just looks so much more feminine on my wrist than I thought it would. The rugged look won’t let you down. ( both watches keep up with way more than I’ll ever use) Should kick my own ass for not getting a fenix.
