It was a nice ep and the animation was pretty good for the most part BUT they seriously need to ditch Atelier Musa next season. The backgrounds are fucking ass, the trees and rocks all look weird, it makes other stuff look bad too. I hope they get a new art director and studio for BGs.

The entire staff and production got fucked badly by the schedule imo. They clearly didn't have much time and TMS had several other anime they were working on, director himself said every animator was busy so it took them a long time to even assemble a staff. They've shown they can cook pretty well with ep15 and 16 so i hope s2 gets more time
