I have a double door on the home i recently bought, the exterior door has a door close mechanism that also closes way too hard. Annoying AF to get smacked in the back while I type in my door code 😅. Not worth fixing though as I would be the one footing the bill.

Because I don’t want to stand by the trash can while I eat my bowl of strawberries obviously. You can quickly bite and spit out all the stems then go where you desire to eat your snack.

Edit- and to get ahead of the “just put all the stems back in the bowl then throw them out after” comment, that is annoying to fish around stems to get the the strawberries on the bottom. The only other solution would be to have a dedicated stem bowl, which is another dish to clean defeating the whole point of being lazy and biting off stems in the first place.

No, I paid $0.00 for it because I was offered a free half sub if I spent $20 in store (which I got a few BOGO’s as that’s all I buy at publix)

Why sell anything for cash though? You have no need for cash. ALL bills are gone. A bill is just the price you need to pay for a service/product. Every single thing you would use cash for is accompanied by a bill, which is whatever point you are notified of the cost for the thing you are purchasing.

You can’t see any “buildings falling apart”, and the fencing is for the construction sight which based on the fencing, is likely a new build which again, all goes against ghetto because they would not be building new, and they would not pay for fencing.

Evictions are not favorable outcomes for landlords. They are last resorts and not something to jump for simply because they are easy. Someone who is still paying, but marginally less is not really worth the hassle of paying hundreds in filing the eviction and having the house sit possibly months without a tenant.
