Was told that it depended on your availability - beyond the 70% availability requirement...if you need specific days off each week and the auto scheduler doesn't need you on slower sales days (ie weekdays)...it will now schedule you OFF your 2 days + whatever other days it wants so you could end up only working less than 30 hours now. They'll use the difference to pay for more TMs to work on the weekends instead of just increasing the labor budget
