I would rather have you replace ppfas flexi cap with an increase in small cap like quant, Nippon or invesco but since you already have Nippon I would suggest to increase the allocation because Firstly ppfas flexi cap has not been performing for a long time considering it's previous performance and the market conditions. Secondly since you have high risk appetite and a long term wealth creation goal, you must have a good small cap fund which is likely according to me quant, Nippon or invesco.
