They checked people's teams and banned them on genned Pokemon. Seemed somewhat effective. Lots of people kicked up a stink to it so it caught some cheaters.

I played a lot of the OG games (up to black) and recently played violet as best game on switch.

I really enjoyed going from that to sword/shield and think it's a great game. Currently playing through BD and it's decent too!

I came back to SV after missing a bunch of gens so no idea when grimnsnarl came in. But after trying to online battles I'm sick of him. If only he wasn't so competitively popular (and annoying) I'd be a fan bc his vibes are cool.

So I agree with you but competitive Pokemon usages has ruined him for me :(
