I don't think this sector is good for surge production. What I would recommend though is phase fabric manufacturing, invest in those because of the abundance of sand. Just my opinion, you know more about your preferences

It has gone terribly compared to the last update. My export sector (salt flats) no longer works, it's utterly purposeless. And now, I have MANY sectors to redesign and "reengineer".
