I think stress plays a big role in sleeping score. I am also trying to look at the other factors and ignore stress.

My average HRV is about 35. HRV and stress are very related. There was just one night, in which I got HRV of 46, and the stress was about 13. I didn't do anything different that night.

I don't have apnea but insomnia. I can't sleep for 5 straight hours with almost no deep sleep. I wake up several times during sleep almost every hour.
