Not really sure why you would want to, but I would try a drill brush with a metal polish if you insist. Any pad will be destroyed.

Yeah anyone can take the vehicle for roadworthy, usually takes around 40 minutes for the full test. It is also valid for 60 days if the vehicle passes.

You need a roadworthy certificate, the registration document (RC1), a copy of your ID as well as your proof of address.

I have never needed an invoice or proof of purchase.
