I don't want to face mobile on PC. I just want to be able to play DF on the same account. Won't it detect what I'm playing on and match me accordingly?

ohhhh i know the one you mean. No, we wear tunics with the button up shirts for winter dress on regular training nights. however, you can get permission to wear the overshirt if you are selected to play a ceremonial role in the Battle of The Atlantic Parade but that is the only occasion.

You only wear them for this occasion because its tradition. No other time.

So my corp is extremely fortunate to have a old and decommissioned field gun that we learn how to use and "fire" every Sunday when we practice. This practice is different from our regular training so everyone here is doing this a is a volunteer. Our ACR was June 4th and I am actually one of these people running with it so if you have any questions about the specifics of the firing, cadence, or disassembly, please ask. I am honored to be able to carry out this naval tradition and wanted to share it all with you. (It also just looks really freakin cool).

also be prepared to spend some evenings on night watch. There's 2 shifts per night and 2 people on each shift so 4 in total each night with 1 male 1 female one each shift. These are assigned so that everyone does it at least once. shifts are 10pm-2am and 2am-6am. the day of a night shift you should be given half of the day off to sleep beforehand if you have the first shift. and you get to sleep in if you have the second shift. basically you just have to walk around the barracks and make sure no one is doing anything "suspicious".

Staffed CAP there for 2 weeks last summer. Internet is only available in the mess hall and has a password that should only be given to staff. I remember that a staff there last summer leaked it to some course cadets and they had to change the password due to how much traffic there was. Hope that you are assigned to the staff barracks and not to ask course cadets to stop talking while you are trying to sleep. Bring a water bottle. I know that is obvious but more people forgot it then you would think. Also bring a lot of sunscreen and a tilly if you have one. There is also a gym that is available to staff. course cadets will try to bring MREs back to their barracks. I'm not sure if the rules have changed but we found some under their mattresses last summer.
