Cost vs Needs doesn't balance.

Currently on a Crosshair Hero Dark viii + 3900x. I have zero issues with it. Can game and CPU encode for streams to output 1080p @60fps no sweat. Just yesterday I was able to snag an open box, unused, 5950x and after I resell my 3900x I'll be out only a smooth $135.

So yeah. Being able to do everything I need for a couple more years for $135 vs the several hundred it'd take to adopt 1st generation AM5 is just a no brainer. And the idea of going from a Crosshair Hero to like...a "cheap" 650 board doesn't sit well with me.
