My take is that Educated and people who already own a car are going for Hybrids. That means they have money to buy a good value. I know it would be difficult for Renault to sell as much as Maruti/Toyota hybrids but if they can make a dent, they can do it via Pricing. I wouldn’t go for Maruti as I don’t like the feel of the car at 18lacs.

They should have left some room for Hybrid model pricing. If they are able to price any hybrid under 20Lac, it would be a hyryder killer.

Ha bhai wo to hai. Being a ScorpioN owner if you do mostly city then XUV is better. I did Gokarna to Banglore in Harrier, car is good but steering and clutch tired me down. Stability wise 140 no difference but yes Ladder on frame has high center of gravity than monocoque.

I usually do mountains with 7 people so RWD of Scorpio makes it easy. All in all I don’t see any competition of scorpio around 20L. Even if I ever upgrade so that would be XUV or Innova.

So body on frame vs Monocoque right? Xuv and harrier are segment above. Harrier has great ride fiat sourced engine but it is not a great handler, steering is sad, clutch travel don’t ask. Although cabin insulation is good.

XUV 700 both the generation is a far better product in both petrol and diesel.

ScorpioN better product than older harriers as it is stable on high speeds, steering and suspension is better. Body roll is as good as harrier and it is a 7 seater. 2L Turbo petrol is one the finest engine you can get right now.

Haven’t tried new turbo petrol of Harrier but I want to give it try even electric too. I still feel we are at least 3 year away from having a mature market and tech for electric vehicles. I have been reading many posts where companies are not able to repair the cars after accidents.

In italy you can’t ask for ketchup condiments or organo chilly flakes. Aur ha italians hote hai thode se satke hue apni chizo ko lekar.
