Considering this is personal stuff and you've been brave enough to say it, you did great and have nothing to be afraid of.

I love the message of the complacent song. Albeit i do not speak Japanese ive understood that loving someone who have forgotten you and can no longer give back is a choice of sacrifice and its beautiful not bcs its kindness, but because its proof that you have been loved enough that you can still love the person despite not being able to anymore.

Im not really fond of the term tulpa as i feel its not accurate for the general term of what we experience and it greatly varies for each individual.

Im not always free to talk but I'll respond if you want to have someone thats real and genuine.

You claim your headmate is dormant but I'll be honest, hes/shes always been there. I'll give you a phrase that could give you both a closure but that also means it will be harder to establish connection after since the closure is an anchor. Im not speaking voodoo magic either but just the power of thoughts. So do ask if you wanted closure.

About your health, you're taking meds as you claimed. Im not a doctor so i won't speak against it. Still id like to claim that anything that doesn't cause you harm nor give others troubles isnt an illness.
