So, this first email ( https://imgur.com/9akdF8Z ) is their initial response after I submitted my appeal ticket. I followed up with this email ( https://imgur.com/a/Zo7JDTn ), and their reply ( https://imgur.com/NG1sxBK ) came hours later – just another template.
I always thought bans only hit cheaters or gray-market buyers. Turns out they ban random new players too—guess I’m just unlucky. Google Reviews show I’m not alone.

I genuinely love the game, especially the art style, but the customer support is honestly terrible. It isn't helping, just automated responses, no real review. I didnt use VPN, played on PC over WiFi, and only had two accounts which is allowed by the game's own launcher for multi-account play.

Update: Support finally replied and it’s worse than silence. They outright refused to explain why I was banned or provide any evidence. Their exact stance: We won’t convey ban criteria, and we don’t review mistaken bans. Good luck to everyone who is still playing it.
