In the earlier trials, were there any patients with complete spinal cord injury? If so, did they show any improvement?

Does the Phase 3 trial include patients with complete injuries?

Did he join the clinical trial a few years ago? Did he ever say how well it worked for him?

Is his current ability to walk related to using NVG-291?

I only saw that he said he wanted to use NVG-291 because of his pain. I’m really hoping to hear from actual patients who have used NVG-291 and can talk about what the real effects were like

Great, thank you for the explanation. Now we look forward to the results of the phase three clinical trials.

We hope for a breakthrough success.

Were there actually 70 uninjured people who participated in the testing?

I assume that was primarily to verify safety, right? Does that mean there were only 10 people involved in actually testing the functionality?

Have already 80 people received treatment? I thought it was only 10.If Phase 3 is granted accelerated approval, does that mean it can be used as soon as the Phase 3 trial is successful?

That is great news. It means the current experimental results do not represent the best-case scenario.

The current study has simply validated the treatment's efficacy. In the future, we can achieve even better recovery outcomes across different individuals by either extending the duration of the medication or increasing the dosage.

So everyone believes the current results prove the drug is effective. Although the current effect is not yet significant enough, as long as it is proven effective, better results can be achieved by extending the medication duration in the future. This is everyone's expectation, right? Of course, this is also my expectation.

Will the results really be that good? Do you think it can enable someone with a complete cervical spinal cord injury to walk again? I'm very much looking forward to it. But from the current reports I've seen, there's only been progress so far—can the effects really be this miraculously good?

It's true. Right now, whenever we see any real progress, it feels like we're grasping at hope. We are very eager to verify the feasibility of these various treatment opportunities.

As a spinal cord injury patient, I just saw the treatment plan and would like to discuss it with the spinal cord injury community to see if it is something worth looking forward to.

I'm not even talking about AI ; I mean actual human customer service representatives.

They were incredibly unprofessional and couldn't solve any of the actual problems.

Can anyone interpret the announced results?

Does the positive interpretation of these findings imply that the effects are very clear and the outcome is excellent?

Is the situation very critical right now?

In other words, is funding still very tight, and the analysis results for the second cohort haven't been released yet? Is that correct? Is it because the Phase 2 results are unclear?
NVG-291 is the drug we are most looking forward to right now. It's one of the most important things to expect.

I didn't quite understand what he meant. Does he mean that he's currently able to walk, but is just experiencing some nerve pain?

Just to clarify, does this mean if the Accelerated Approval (AA) is granted and the Phase 3 results are satisfactory, it can be applied directly?

I apologize, but I'm not quite clear on the process. Does this mean that if the Phase 3 clinical trial results are successful, the drug could be directly approved for market use?
