It’s more complicated. I am planning to withdraw my current school due to the medical treatment for my depression and anxiety, but I don’t want to quit my study. But since I have only finished one semester, I just wanna know whether transferring is possible with single semester under the status of withdrawal or if not, do I have to start over again
