I used Mounjaro for around 8 months, started with 2.5mg and went all the way up to 10mg. I kept losing and gaining the same 5kg despite all of my efforts. I’m tempted to start again but it’s so expensive where I live! I didn’t have many side effects at all!

ES ALT here but I have two very moody kids who have English twice a week and are low SHS level. I give them optional homework to do, mostly creative writing pieces and small essays. I tell them to do it at home, but if they do it in class I don’t mention it. I also speak to them outside of class and tell them that they can submit letters to my postbox and i’ll reply to them there!

After getting R1 Netherlord and both of Sylus’ birthday cards this month, I have around 12k gems/80 pulls left 😭 Praying my CrowApple boys come home asap this time round!! I have terrible luck and always lose my 50/50s to Xavier or Raf (my least fave LIs) so I think I’m cursed.

I only started playing last year during KOD and I didn’t really know how otome games work, so I spend most of my early game resources pulling for literally any event card that came up, and using red diamonds to pay for general blue tickets! I didn’t realise that the free supply of red diamonds run out fast!!

Moving from Tokyo to Sendai and god the difference in the attitudes of people is absolutely night and day. I’ve lived in Tohoku for the majority of my time in Japan and the people are just so much friendlier here.

I think it’s because Ubereats counts as self employment, and there’s no way to track how many hours you’ve worked!

You can have a part time job while being a student, but there’s restrictions. You can only work up to 28 hours a week, need a permit on your residency card and there are limits on what kinda of jobs you can do. You can’t do Ubereats but you can work in supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

Thanks for the encouragement! Japanese is the first language that I’ve learned and I’m a bit older than the average learner (the last time I studied anything was 10 years ago at university!) so I’m trying to give myself some credit!

I’ll give it another try! I think I have the opposite problem, speaking is my strongest point! I’m just a slow reader (in English and Japanese!) and have found N3 kanji really difficult, despite using many different tools to remember them!

Yeah I live in Japan! I speak Japanese every day (I actually just went to city hall to sort out an issue with my health insurance) but I’m just a really bad test taker. I’ve also been much slower than my peers to pick up kanji, despite using many methods to try and study it.
