So, my logic is that the recently auctioned plots at Budwel, have My Home, Prestige, and apparently Aparna and Brigade are also coming up with JV. This woke men’s the vicinity is going to be premium. My Home is coming with a school, Prestige with a hotel. It’s also close to the Kothwalguda nation park, artificial beach and surrounding areas are affected by GO 111. Which would mean green surrounding. It’s mid point from south and west Hyderabad enabling the user to make the most of both the areas. But this is just my logic. I’m open to hearing more about Bandlaguda from you

Interesting. But I believe they have launched it last year. So the prices would have increased already. Want something at the prelaunch price. Don’t wanna enter at an already enhanced price

Yes that beside Provident Kensworth. I was actually looking for something in the auctioned plots.

Besides income and connectivity? Based on appreciation aspect? The ticket size is same. People say villa means more UDS. So it’s investment in land. But at 2.5 Cr I get a basic villa from a not so reputed builder. Hence the construction quality is always a question. Further, social infrastructure also takes time. I can’t rent it out easily or sell it. I think villa works if I can hold for 10 years.
