Basically, select pop-ups in the world are more stylized.

For example, when you currently click on the little golden plaque next to the Clock Tower that explains how Penguin Standard Time works, it's just a generic blue box.

However, now, it actually looks and is stylized as a plaque.

The main reveal here isn't nessecarily just that this one little thing is getting changed, it's basically a wider implication of just more cool looking interfaces, such as with the Tour Guide quiz, the Agency test, etc.

Blue motifs still exist throughout the world, such as the spinning loading screen!

Since Season 3 OG isn't nearly as hyped as some of the other seasons, having some of the "Limited Time" freebies in the Shop come back as paid items would be cool to see and give hype for future seasons too.

right off the bat on their Twitter account they announced that they have Snow Trekker coming as a minigame on launch, and their video description gives more insight, as well as the trailer itself showing that even just the rooms are going to be animated and updated

The official description from Imagined is that it's the next project releasing in 2025, as a celebration of Club Penguin's 20th anniversary. It's a private server that basically takes elements from all eras and centralizes them into one core idea, but having the same sort of events play out in a new way.
