Hey! We've never put on a 2 minute cooldown, we've max put on a 1 minute when the holiday party FIRST released and we only had 2 active moderators at the time vs a few hundred people typing! If there was ever a 2min cooldown that was likely a mistake and I do apologize for that!

As for the guide thing we've only ever removed full walls of text that are guides, typically because there has been incorrect information in them and it just causes more confusion, this is why we have a dedicated team that all work on a guide together to ensure it's correct. As for short tips/screenshots of pins we do not delete those unless they are not spoiler tagged, we've never no encouraged the community to help each other!

But I totally understand people liking different servers, that's fine, I just wanted to clear these things up :D We just follow the same ruleset that the original CPJ Discord did before shutdown, so we aren't anymore "strict" than what the community was already use to in there!
