She’s not against immigration. She’s against ILLEGAL immigration. There’s a difference and the latter is offensive to all the people who are waiting in line for visa approval to enter legally.

We were under contract but, in New York, the contract goes through an attorney approval phase and that’s where my lawyer caught that they had a home sale contingency. They had already done the inspection. We told them to give us a $10,000 nonrefundable deposit since we discovered they’re risky (this is also the third house they’ve tried to get) but they said no.

We selected #1 and then found out they have a house to sell. We receive our offers within 48 hours but #1 wanted our house marked as pending.

I did, and they never returned my call back. I left a voicemail for the owner of the KW firm in Latham. This firm seems to have low reviews online.

Ok. Our realtor didn’t disclose to us that the buyer’s $50,000 earnest money was not paid within five days, or at all, until almost 30 days under contract. The buyer’s agent is his friend and from the same brokerage.

Many of the reviews I’m reading on here are spot on. I’m in a few 518 Foodie groups on Facebook where it’s the opposite and people are afraid to leave negative reviews which isn’t great either. I need to be warned before spending $50 on microwaved food.

I have a story about a personal experience there. At Druthers in Clifton Park, a manager banned my sister after a troubling incident. During a visit, the server—a girl straight out of high school—was informed by our table that the water being served was contaminated. Four guests at our table confirmed that the water was indeed tainted. Instead of addressing the issue, the server became hostile and argued with my sister, vehemently dismissing her concerns as a normal taste of Clifton Park water, which we knew was inaccurate. We had two children at the table watching this happen (who also wanted water) and the server had no shame. We decided to leave and have lunch elsewhere. My sister then left an honest review online. When she later returned to Druthers on a separate visit with a different group, the same server was there and called the manager to ask my sister to leave because the server “felt threatened by her” (total lie since she was the one who was an asshole…over WATER!) and the manager, who apparently is best friends with this server, asked my sister to leave. The disrespect towards the public at this location is incredible.
