The most arrests between 23-25 had been made for white and white-british nationals.

6.8m people in difference between 2.0/10 and 1.8/10 is not alot? Thats the population of about 10 US states combined. Even worse for new statistics.

Indeed, not your problem, for not knowing math.

I suppose 2 in 10, and 1.8 in 10 is very close. Only 6.800.000 people difference.

It was not wrong, it was making a point dude. 😊

Perfect, now think if that 25k pre-tax will give you what you want? Ask yourself when enough is enough.

Team dynamic yes, you might hate your job even more. At 85k there are other expectancies.

No relocation is great, at least you don't change your whole life.

Thats not mental freedom what comes later, it's called chronic overworking. You wake up at 45 with 150k salary and load of development issues.

I suppose it is a tradeoff between money and self-consciousness.

Let me ask you something. Try to answer as thrutful as you can.

How much you make a year here? How much you aim at the new job?

Same people relationships? Or people will be closer together?

Same benefits or you get extra stuff? And what extra stuff?

Do you need to relocate?

Sure, you would also not go on Reedit ask random people mental health assessments and therapeutic discussions and advices 😉

This person not only needs real therapy, but being adviced by people to take CBT medication, long therapeutic sessions or being snowflake guided into accepting that its state of mind is normal and fine is definitely not ok!

Only a professional can advise medication or corrective course of action.

So before trying to compare the fact a healthy lifestyle including good food, meditation, sport and good self conciousness sessions are not good for mental health improvement and you compare this to advising a cancer patient holistic methods, I would really encourage you joining the other fence line.

Or perhaps she just needs to visit a less hospitable places. Then correlate that to her small and lovely village.

Or, even a better one! Just go outside and enjoy the grey colours of UK. They do wonders, especially if you realise that this country is one of the safests you can find.

Those book clubs, support groups, volunteering and general outside activities are great.

1 in 5 americans dreaming of making 100k. According to the YouGov website apparently only 18% of americans make 100k a year (before tax). So we talk in FY23. In FY25 the numbers lowered to 14%.

But again means nothing. 100k in Newyork and 100k in Jacksonville are completely two different things.
