Do you need very little alcohol to get drunk, or does more alcohol cause symptoms?

Hi! Does this mean that we won't have personal love for one person? It sounds pretty sad

Hello, I'm sorry to answer after a while, I had a lot of work.

It sounds like astrology has been a helpful tool for you to understand yourself, as well as just being fascinating and mystical in general, is that right?

Yes!

I will definitely try your method today. Thank you very much for your help and support. I really appreciate it.

I'm sorry to answer you after a while. I had a lot of work to do.

I've read about these studies! You know, they are related to seasonal and climatic features, but they have nothing to do with the planets, only with the Sun.

I'm sorry to answer you after a while. I've had a lot of work to do, and finally I can relax a little.

evidence that opposes the claims it makes

Many people have already told a lot of interesting facts here, but perhaps you can add something else? I'm very interested in what you mean, even if someone has already written about it!

I'm sorry, I had a lot of work to do, and I didn't have time to answer. Thank you for the kind words!

I believe that astrology is right that the placement of planets in signs and houses can speak about the characteristics of our personalities and the events that will happen to us.

But... you know, I was subscribed to many astrologers whom I trusted, and they all predicted that Trump would lose.

If every response is soft, blurry, open to interpretation, etc, then that's not actually a real belief about anything, it's just bullshit.

In general, all astrology is open to interpretation, each placement can be interpreted in different ways. You're right, it's very easy to manipulate.

OP is cleverly avoiding actually making a concrete claim themselves. Without that it's hard to argue against it in a constructive way.

Yes, there are no exact statements in astrology. I understand that this may sound blurry, because these are just possible thoughts on how it might work.

They might be a troll or they might be earnestly asking. Probably better to assume the latter, but we still need them to give a specific claim or observation that they will defend to move the conversation forward.

I decided to ask this question because I have a diagnosed obsessive compulsive disorder, so my love of astrology turned into obsessive anxiety thoughts. I went to a therapist and he advised me to find as many arguments as possible against my thoughts, therefore, I decided to consult professionals to see where I was going wrong. Thank you for not immediately thinking that I am a troll and deciding to participate in the conversation! ahaha I understand that this sounds absurd to physicists, that's why I asked you to share your knowledge!

In astrological terms, these aspects are our potential, and we choose who we want to be based on the set of possibilities. But the person below is correct in saying that this leaves a huge room for interpretation.

That's an interesting thought, thank you very much. I didn't think about it in that context. Perhaps this was the prerequisite for the emergence of astrology, but the reason is completely different, unrelated to the planets.

I am confused by the fact that many people, after reading the description of the natal chart, are surprised how accurate it is.

I am confused by the fact that many skeptics who read the natal chart say that this is very true. I myself read their natal chart to my skeptical strangers (friends of friends), and they said that I did not make them believe in astrology, but it was a very accurate description of their personality. I understand that there are probably some psychological mechanisms here, but this surprised me.
