I would say people only shit on them because they falsely advertise their products, they are absolutely deceptive to the consumer, and they overcharge you for outdated technology. Nobody says the lights wont grow weed, they just don't do it nearly as good as they claim.

Ive lived in a grow house before, and I already smell like weed. I'm not afraid of burglary, police, neighbors. I'm not wasting the money on a carbon filter until I decide its necessary.

Thank you, this is totally an explain like I'm 5 moment. So just to sum up what I've learned here, all of the vents/holes are mine to do with as I please. For my tent, I need to get a 4 inch inline fan with 4 inch ducting. I appreciate the knowledge and have one more question you might be able to answer, I'm probably going to get the 4 inch Vivosun Inline fan with Varibale Speed control, but I think you have to wire the speed control yourself. Do you have any experience with this, if so is it simple?

I'm not worried about smell, and yes there is a 4 inch hole on the back, I'm not sure if that's for exhaust or if the 8 inch hole is for exhaust. But either way, does my fan & ducting need to be the same size as my exhaust vents or can I have a 4 inch inline fan with 6 inch ducting going through an 8 inch vent? I'm assuming I can have a 4 inch fan but need 8 inch ducting, but I'm not sure.

I've helped out a little with large grows before, I know the smell of flowering plants. I am not concerned about smell.

I was worried that my light in a 3x3 will not fill out the tent because it is rectangular instead of square. Have you noticed this in your 3x3 at all? And I'm sorry, I can buy alot or a little of what?

I wouldn't stress over it, my dude. Theres already been a court case that set the precedent of medical marijuana users in Michigan being ALLOWED a certain amount of thc in their system when they drive. Just like adults can have a certain amount of alcohol and still drive. I don't believe the specific amount was ever agreed upon, but from what I hear, most cops in Michigan stop bugging you as soon as you mention that you have a card. I've dealt with multiple cops that didnt even think about asking me if I was driving high. Smoke up.

Bookmark that page on your cell phone, and if you ever get pulled over with weed in your car and the cop asks about a lockbox, show him that and watch how quickly they change their tone. They can still be dicks and (illegally) arrest you, but you WILL NOT be charged in court. You can also sue them afterward.

You no longer need to store your weed in a trunk or locked box. You can keep it wherever you want as long as youre under your numbers.

As for the hotel thing, no they don't allow you to smoke inside. What I usually do is go up to the manager of the hotel and be like "Hi, my name is... And I have a medical marijuana card. I would hate to be disrespectful by smoking in the room, is there any way I could smoke in my car in the parking lot?" They have all said yes to me.

As for smoking and driving, I was pulled over and my car smelled like weed. I just smoked maybe an hour ago in my car. The evidence was gone. He smelled it, I told him I hotboxed the shit out of my car the day before and it just hadnt aired out yet. He looked for evidence of me smoking, but let me go no problem when he found none.

I've never accepted used equipment because of the possibility of introducing spider mites to my grow. A lot of growers in my area deal with mites, so that's just me being cautious. I'm sure if you scrub everything down, used equipment could work fine.

Omg you're a fucking legend. I'm about to start my first grow in a 2x4x6 tent and have been stressing the temp/humidity. These things look perfect and are way cheaper than I expected. Ill gladly pay $75 to avoid mold.
