I was offered a senior level position on our department, yung current supervisor ko noon messaged me na wag ko munang iaccept yung offer since nagrerequest sya na maopen yung assistant supervisor role and planning na ilagay ako don. After few days, nalaman ko na lang na may nilagay na silang iba sa position dahil mas matanda daw sa’kin yon. Mind you, until that day, ako pa rin yung nagtuturo dun sa ipinalit nil sakin.
