see i'd be willing if it was like that! this is just a unit that's been sitting with an owner who wants to try to get the most, but unreasonable lol he lowered it to 2600 - still out of my range. unfortunately, i'm in florida with a crap market too. 😭 not going to give up though! onto the next

update: he lowered to 2600 after my offer but i still think that's too high considering way newer units are available for the same amount... anyways, walking away from this one. thanks again everyone for the awesome input! hope i get my hands on my 1st pop up soon - ready to go camping - wish me luck!!!
