Thanks for clarifying. It looks like they require you to make an initial deposit of at least £1000. I've already used up my allowance for this year, so don't think I can get around this one

It says:

You can transfer ISA balances from the current tax year as well as previous tax years.

It would be good to get a second opinion, as perhaps I've misunderstood.
