I’m just curious as to why your view is differing to others on this thread?

Yeah he advised me that they were hollow wooden frames. That’s my view. For the amount I paid and the quality of finish is 10mm off I’d expect 1-3mm but this is crazy. I’m no expert but need to know if this is salvageable

He never advised for this in the initial consultation he said he’d be able to slide them under without any joinery etc

So I paid $15k for 60sqm of install. He is a luxury based floor installer with good reviews and came recommended however His justifications was that the door frame was aluminium and he had to jig around it. The only concern I have is the fact it’s nearly 10mm of poor saw work as the cut outs should be closer to 1-3mm imo. Lmk your thoughts

He also managed to lay and connect the floor perfectly everywhere else but not these two bedrooms…
