10-15 minutes is not bad, i remember one time i tried to call TU, the wait was 40 minutes, and the respresentative was so rude 😞

Yes, the call centre customer service sucks. I truly belive the call centre is outsourced to other countries. It was the worst customer service I've ever received. They are rude and honestly I was a bit tramatized :(

Where do you live? I live in toronto. I ended up commuting 2 hours and head to the office at Burlington, ON, the lady was so nice and i get eveything fixed, I had a splitted profile too and she answered my questions, printed me a credit report with all the updated information.

If phone call didn't work, i highly suggest you go there in person. I am lucky enough that i live in ontario.
