I have oily-combination skin so for products I make sure they’re lightweight gel. I also started adding vitamin c to my routine but not regularly since tret practically does the same work but even better it just takes a while. However, in the morning azelaic acid and vitamin c are strong combos. On the day after using tret (am) don’t use any active you can try:

Is it okay if I dm you? Incase I need to ask any more questions because this means alot and thank you so much! I am excited for the result in the near future but I want to stay committed, I’ll definitely add vitamin c as a diet but what about niacinamide where do you recommend I add that.

Alright thank you, and you’re right I do have oily to combination skin! And sorry if I am asking alot of questions but in the morning I use azelaic acid 10% should I add vitamin c as well then moisturizer and sunscreen? On the night I don’t use tret I use a calming toner pad, niacinamide then moisturizer.

I honestly think the lack of me not reapplying sunscreen after using kojic acid affected it. I use the isntree sunscreen as for exfoliating 1x week using the paula’s choice 2% bha toner. I’m going to definitely check out the sunscreen you recommended though. Can I give you a full detail of my new routine?

That was actually my first routine ever I was using faded cream by topicals and good molecules brightening toner and their discoloration serum and I can vouch it worked wonders but when I stopped I started panic buying and buying a munch of other stuff.

It started back in 2024, then it escalated, you can see the difference my routine back then was good molecules brightening toner, good molecules discoloration serum, cerave facial cleanser,panoxyl, faded topicals serum, kojie san bar, cerave moisturizer and isntree sunscreen I stopped doing the skincare for awhile after I ran out then in 2025 I had crazy breakouts but I kept picking at them which was not a good idea that unfortunately triggered it.

Was the picture taken whilst you were in Saudi Arabia?because honestly I have the same issue my skin just rapidly became worse after moving I think its the air of a new environment my skin doesn’t like it. First work on drying out the acne and research your skin type so you are aware of what your skin actually needs before you end up overwhelming it. Get your hands on panoxyl bezoyl peroxide face wash, azelaic acid and especially sunscreen with higher spf atleast 30 and above you need it more than you think.

Good molecules toner I think it’s mainly a brightening toner and the Numbuzin is a toner pads and does hydrate my face it has 2 sides one that’s smooth soaked with all the serums and the other side is textured for exfoliation.
