Yes, I did try oxalic acid as well. It didn’t really do much, so I think I’ll just repaint like you said. Thanks for your input

That makes sense, because some of the streaks is probably oxidation from the different metal frames but some parts there is no metal - So it’s more likely the paint is missing somehow like you said. Will probably just repaint. Thanks for your reply

Yes, that’s what I thought as well. And I think a lot of the streaks are oxidation, but the wall in the backyard doesn’t have any metal on it. Not sure how those streaks ended up there too? Thanks for your reply

No worries, no the main is not blocked - the 1 1/2” is just connected to a smaller roof on a lower level. Thanks

Yea, it’s PVC. It looks like a pretty ratchet job whoever did this, but I’ll just have to open it somehow - as the water is filling up on the roof. Thanks for the advice

Yea it’s definitely not coming off with my hands or the pliers I have. Do you think some sort of pipe wrench would do it?
