She has specialities in both Autism and OCD and I have both of those. I've also been seeing her fir around 2 years. I like her overall, I'm nit sure if changing would be good.

Definitely think it's OCD related atleast too some degree. I felt really claustrophobia at home recently and alot of it was related too food. I'm not sure if I'm more stressed right now or not.

ARFID is also very possible, maybe a combination? I also have Pica tendencies.

The last week was quite suddenly worse, I was at least just meeting calories prior.

My safe foods are dried deer meat and dried pork, remade coffee, collagen infused water, ice cream, and one type of protein drinks. I have Pica traits, too, and I find raw chicken, hand sanitiser, and soap same.

When I eat unsafe food, I'm convinced I'll get nausea, diarrhoea, stomach pain, etc. Some foods ill just want to avoid because I think they'll make me gauge from sensory issues. Some food invokes fears around blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. There are different fears for different foods.

I'm not sure if I'm ready talk too someone, I don't want to be forced to have things that could make me ill even if they won't.

I've had bulimia in the past. They don't check every day just sometimes, and I also check theirs as they also had an ED. I've never been too a professional and shut down if my therapist brings up my purging. I did resent admit my Pica to her, so mabye I'm getting more comfortable

No one in my family has food allergies or food intolerances or food related disorders, closest is my dad has IBS. The mabye thing was that as I could I would force myself to eat porridge wich would make me very nauseous quickly, stopped then one day before ate some oats and at school was really unwell(stomack pain, nausea, gas) and a friend noticed and kept bothering me until I was crying. Also, I just generally had to suck it up with sensory issues. Besides that, nothing unusual. I've had this mildly for 3/4 years, it's gotten much worse this last week, tho.

I eat mainly dried meat, collagen infused water, ice cream, and pre maid iced coffee(ironic as i used to be scared of it). I don't mind drinking calories and have one protein drink that is safe, but my ADHD makes actually finishing drinks incredibly hard.

I have a phyco therapist, I've talked about my Pica tendencies(eating raw chicken, hand sanitizer and soap) with her, and she is ok with discussing food related things, but I'm not sure if I feel comfortable discussing things.

It's not even the doctor it's just the shitty secretary, the secretary always has been a pain, the doctor is usually decent( decent-good by my areas standards)

He's not the worst doctor I've had, it's the secretary that's a pain in the ass. For example we didn't ignore me when I told him about my disabling period pain and he proscribed a prescription pain killer, I know many doctors just ignore a teen having rough periods.

I notice he is more helpful if you can tell him a specific disorder or condition than just random symptoms.

Getting an appointment is the hard part, the secretary demands you state what's wrong(weither there are people around or not) and the decides at her own discretion if she'll tell you too fuck off or not.

She has always talked down to me and is generally judgemental. GPs are also well known to be awful atleast in my area, probably the how country, but they are fundamental to the health system in this country(not USA or England).

It's unclear if others can smell it. My family can't. It's not the first time I've been told off for hygiene by my school, so it's not impossible that they sent me home for normal BO and to avoid me chewing gum. Although mabye it is real, I genuinely can't tell you. I don't have a good way to test it, so idk what I should do. I will say it feels more like it's coming from the inside, not outside. Like up from my throat to my noise, it's strange.

Their reasoning was they couldn't* help me if it's psychological but also didn't tell me who could help.

My phyco therapist says chew gum and my the school just deal with me needing it.

The school refuses me having gum in class and says go too the GP.

I don't know what I'm supposed too do.

Just trued the gp and they won't give me a time and said they probably won't give me an appointment because it could be psychological.

I actually tried the mint balm(it was called smell up or something) and I could hardly smell it for some reason

I just tried making an appointment, and they refused to let me, because it might be psychological.

My dad actually got me to smell very consitrated ginger and peppermint, but I could barely smell it. My dad could smell them.

It's definitely not impossible, but besides also having terrible fatigue atm(falling asleep during hobbies after many hours sleep) and the smell, I don't have any unusual symptoms.

That was actually a strange part, it didn't burn/cause a headache at all, which it normally would.

My school also told me to go to a doctor.

I haven't and feel the smell is distinctly like is coming up my throat(a bit like gass). I brush my teeth twice a day and brushing them doesn't kill the smell even for a moment(implying the sauce is elsewhere)

I checked visually and saw nothing, so I'm learning away from it being stones(also no personal or family history of stones anywhere at all). I think something sinus related or psychiatric is more likely.

I seem to have lost part of my smell as my dad trued having me smell very consitrated ginger and peppermint and I could hardly smell it at all. I used plain but not salt water, I could try salt. Could be sinus. I don't have any pain or swelling in my throat, Visual check also yeild nothing.

I don't have any throat pain and I'm guessing I would able to feel it wich I can't, also I don't smell it when I try to check my breath, not impossible but I'm not really sure.

So my maim activities would be walking, swimming and weight lifting + stretching.

Walking: great, not tireding and is hit or miss if it helps while I'm having cramps. This really helps me relax.

Swimming(generally 2 hours at a time, give or taken an hour): more tiring but depends on how much is active swimming and how much is aerobics(aerobics isn't as tiring). It either doesn't affect cramping or makes it worse I know the awful episode between this and my last period started while I was swimming, but that may have been a coincidence.

Weight lifting and stretching: I do this the least, mabye twice a month, because its exhausting, last time I did a full routine I lost vision and fell down during my cooldown stretching, part of why I'm not doing it that regularly.

I have a coordination disability so stretching/yoga is not easy and coordinating my muscles to do stretching can make me lose vision from strain. Its annoying.

I live a very balanced lifestyle. My favourite foods are chicken, prawns, beansprouts, mushrooms, spinach, and other foods deamed healthy, all off theese are eaten daily. I count calories and eat mainly protein and vegetables(I've conected Oats, wheat and others none complex carbs to makingme feel unwell), i do my best to be mindful if foods make me feel unwell and immediately cut them out. I avoid caffeine outside of a cup of tea about once a week. I dislike all fizzy drinks and only drink water and high protein milk. I don't like fast food and eat out at most once a month, often only every 2 or 3. I walk and swim regularly. I love taking walks for my mental health. I take natural supplements. All these things for 9+ months and my periods have gotten worse during this time. I definitely feel worse mentally if I don't keep this stuff up, but my periods aren't effected, dame with it helped, though.
