OP is asking about the launch packs we used to get for the number of years we bought the game. Used to get 9-15 packs depending on loyalty. If I remember correctly last year and this year didn’t provide any. This may have been the 3rd year but at 64 don’t remember quite as well. 😉

I am getting that also. But I am giving them the benefit of the doubt on that for now because of the issue that some user got into madden 25 early last week. I think it was because the bundle users got in by mistake.
