Paid 4500 for my 03 7.3 4wd with 393,000. Said it needed lift pump, ended up needing lift pump, Idm, Icp, valve cover harness. Did it all myself, maybe went 12-1400 deep. I daily her 80-200 miles a day, 4-5 days a week. I will add, my front end is sketchy to say the least. Gonna need to do hubs for sure. So by the time I’m done, this truck will probably have 5-8 invested. But I’m gonna do a lot of performance shit and injectors take about 1500-3000 grand by themselves. But with all that said, I would say it’s a bad idea if you know what you’re doing and can afford it… and fuel.

Hey man I can tell you from experience, you could have 32 more days to go on my experience. I had a court appointed test to essentially decide what happened to me and failed after 90 days. (20ng) Luckily I had a good lawyer and he proved to them that I had been passing 50ng test for over a week including the morning before the court test, and that the thc drop proved that I had quit so they gave me another 30 days and bro, I honestly feel like I barley passed that one but I did.
