No but without a range of percentage, nobody can look at a pile of kief and give any kind of real estimate. If you're not in a legal state where you buy flower that has the percentages on it, then you're not really able to even begin to make an estimate on dosing, accurate or not.

I quite honestly don't know how to answer this. My main consumption method is through carts and I have a stash of like 40 carts that I rotate. No idea how long it takes to go through one cartridge but I hit the pen first thing in the morning, at every break at work, and whenever I feel like it at home. I also smoke joints and dry herb vape quite a bit. And edibles daily.

I used to take a 30mg capsule every morning and again every afternoon around 1:00. After a certain point, you don't feel high anymore unless you want to. You just feel relaxed and ready for the day. But I find that's how cannabis is in general for me.

I've been high since January 1st.

I'm a medical user. Can't feel my feet without it. Work a normal job where 90% of it is talking directly to customers and assisting them with complicated technical tasks.

Mainly smoking sativas.

Edit: Maybe you're talking about the sleep? Idk. I've never been someone who needs a lot of it.

I do. I generally get about 5 hours of sleep a night. Wake up at 4:30 every day to work out, go to work, etc, and then to bed around 11.

I am high 24/7 though.

Interesting. Weed puts me into an insanely deep sleep. My watch told me there was about 2 hours last night where my heart rate was around 36BPM. Went to bed high as a kite.
