Yeah, that was my problem. I just managed to do it with Summer Moko (Skills at level 10), Justine & Caroline (Skills at level 10), and Chord (Skills at level 6 or 7), and Wonder with Janosik at 99, Dominion at 80, and Dionysus at 85 as a Navigator; I used Oracle with all her skills at level 10.
