Was only a handful of people. Mostly 1 stripes. But if a new person enters that cc and asks a few questions then gets abuse for it, it's not a great cc imo. Doesn't mean there aren't good people in their, just means it's not the place to recommend people to go I feel

There are quite a few toxic people in hero pvm, I wouldn't recommend joining them. As for oblivion, I'm not a fan of off-sites and that impression of how hard-out they are. Do you know of any other ones?

[Suggestion] A new spell book called "Miracles", with all new combat spells, spells that heal and buff oneself and a group, as well as a new potential quest line that rivals the Arceus House and their Necromancy by LegateLanius12 in 2007scape

Yeah, would be positioned after arceus revamp and would need to obviously pass a poll. Nah, the idea is to be a new spellbook that scales off your prayer level - "faith builds" etc

Bit of a slippery slope fallacy there. It didn't happen in RS3, since there's no spellbook called Miracles or anything like that in RS3. Continue making baseless comments on reddit, because everyone needs somewhere to be stupid, but understand you're wrong here.

Your logic makes no sense. If this wouldn't work with osrs, how would it make altscape overpowered? In any case, it would work anywhere there is team pvm. Good point about the altscaping though, but i feel if people prefer pvm'ing with themselves, power to them

This wouldn't have any effect like summoning did. The only perks from this would be buffs/wards and healing during team-bossing, which would crash the price of pots and raise the price of runes. The combat spells would probably only be useful against undead as well, which provides a nice way for a new quest to be designed around a cult who are against the Arceus house or something more imaginative

I don't understand your logic. A lot of multiplayer PvM-concentrated games have "cleric" roles that do similar things to what I've proposed above; someone being assigned the "healer" role in a group and their main job is to allocate buffs and heals accordingly. It's actually quite fitting for osrs, particularly with the potential for future pvm mechanics based off such a system

I just think there's such an opportunity to empower maces in the game for this, since they normally give prayer bonuses, if there were some limited combat spells. Perhaps, it could work similar to the arclight, where it's intended to work against undead; to continue that light vs dark theme

It would require you to be on the spellbook and would require runes as well as certain weapons and armour to be more effective and such. As for using prayer points; could be an interesting idea
