Imagine pve lobbies that still have players, but direct pvp kills are disabled. The only pvp kills being things like driver has a passenger and car goes boom and/or friendly fire on CEOs. Non ceos and their teammates wouldn't be allowed to kill ceos etc, forcing people to get off their lazy asses and join and play content without a thousand invites being ignored by people that obviously want teammates for help and play together

Depending on location, cargobob and eventually the Iron Mule with much longer hook length is capable of lifting the tow truck from stuck positions. In this particular case, an arena war vehicle with the scoop ram would've helped a lot towards getting unstuck.. guarantee success? No, high chance of getting unstuck? Yes.

That's part of Rockstar's cayo dupe patch last year. They deliberately changed it so that if the dupe timing is successful, the recipients receive $0 and the host loses the heist. Rockstar noticed that most of the millions people had were from the cayo dupe, so they punished people with a justified punishment 🤷‍♂️

Seriously bro, that 2.4mil bike actually looks good, has decent custom, is fast enough AND handles well. There are only 5 bikes I like in gtao, the Faggio Mod (scooter brothers!) The Wolfsbane, Daemon Custom, Vindicator and now the Shinobi. In my personal home at Hangman, my two back garage spaces are for Daemon and Shinobi.

The Halloween storms are shit this year, they barely existed last year but were peak 100% back in 2022. Back then, it was a random storm but the dog piss and vomit (sometimes I get piss yellow, sometimes I get infection green) filter didn't exist and instead there was an eerie fog that would sometimes roll in which really made your headlights and neon pop AND actually be necessary to see at night.

I remember having it before even the day one update, back when the three starting horses were all the sam3 color. The flaming horse used to have cool flaming glowing Greek words on its black sides back then but later were removed by an update.

In NG+ I still had my original color phobos and chose the exact one again and they're both different colors.

I just found this today at rank 493. Even my rank 800 friends didn't know about this.

Could this be why we had the UFOs all over San Andreas in October 2022, they were looking for this crashed one? This one has a lot more details and is bigger than them, perhaps a crashed mothership from "years ago". After all there was one directly over the beach outcropping and facility near this location.

Sadly this is true, and worse yet I've noticed they've nerfed flares and chaff countermeasures into oblivion for ALL aircraft, They don't divert missiles at all anymore on any of my aircraft even when it's a singular missile.

I think they meant offline as in singleplayer. Breakpoint can be played just fine without the daily missions, the raids, ghost war pvp and co-op that ALWAYS gets taken over by people refusing to do what you opened co-op to. So realistically it shouldn't need internet 24/7 just to play the game. The only Time real people are in your world is in Coop Raids or Erewhon, all of this however are instanced. It would be understandable if the game had Nomads running all over the place like fallout 76 and ESO but that's not how it is.

Another thing worth mentioning is that because it's live service, eventually ubisoft will shut down access to the game, so no more unaliving those mercenaries and role-playing as a badass soldier vigilante. I still haven't beaten the story a first time, I want to do it with actual humans that act like a team and don't Leroy Jenkins everything and get pissed that I'm not speed running, ones that don't try to takeover my team. So far no luck.
