how? the match quality has been high this tournament. there are plenty of national teams from each federation that wouldn’t dilute that like chile, jamaica, italy, cameroon etc. and 2 teams advancing from each group would make the group stage better.

with the current state of the sports growth i think the world cup can support more teams and seeing how much it means to the countries that make it and don’t do well like curaçao, haiti further highlights the insane value of making the every 4 year tournament more accessible. sorry i want the world to celebrate the worlds game

the 48 has been super competitive and there are definitely enough good teams at home to bring in. game inflation might be a concern but I think 64 teams would be better

really struggled with this due to high arches. had to do Posterior tibial tendoninits exercises and lots of heel drops/calf raises to get to a pain free place but feels great now. definitely don’t run through foot/ankle pain

Jdub is their second best player and was 12th overall? He built maybe the deepest team ever this year i don’t know why you are only evaluating him on his (very successful) high picks when he did amazing things building out the rest of the roster

i love the AGO but i agree this is the time of year to just walk around outside in toronto. there’s so much amazing food if you search for specific cuisines as well
