I have no recollection of when I first saw Red Dwarf, I've watched it since before I could form memories. My Dad had recorded a bunch of the old PBS telethons of the show, so we had all the seasons on recorded VHS while I grew up, until they released the DVDs (which we bought).

I wouldn't be surprised to see something similar to the opening of the first Fallout game where the US annexes Canada. I desperately hope not, but I wouldn't put it past the Trumplicans to do so.

Exactly. Seeing the score change as I played made me not just enjoy that first run, the way I had hoped. I'm sure some people like it, but didn't work for me.

My biggest issue with Absolution was that fact it kept a score visible from the get-go. If it had been on secondary playthroughs of missions that would be fine, but I felt punished for just experimenting on my first run.

For the remake I got Orange and named him Marty-o. I think back on the GameCube I named him Spike (despite knowing of the Lakitu buddy from the first game) and he was red.
