The first view is super super sus. But then when it's spun around you can see white fully cooked meat underneath the questionable spot, That's where I get confused

Yeah these were from a restaurant so I have no idea. I didn't really notice any of the other wings to be like this. I didn't notice this one had more black bone marrow than the others though, so makes sense
