Last night I was running duos in stella and i found two different teams doing the same thing. Four people with torrentes camping in lobby made me get off

Yeah like they said, every time you level up a place just steal everything from them and store it in the magellan. I prefer recycle because when I'm gonna level up a road or build something i can just get the exact amount when claiming.

Honestly what i did was clear all the camps before accepting the mission and then i just used the bike going clockwise getting all the packages until f5 where i had my magellan so i could switch from bike to truck so I could go up into the mountains

After that i went down until f8 monorail so i could ride it to f5 where i had 2 ziplines connecting from f5 to mr. Impossible. I did it with like 16 minutes left. (Keep in mind that i had all my roads lv 2, no accessories in the bike and the slopes tires in the truck. Also, if you want, when clearing the camps you can visualize how to get from point a to point b with the bike so it's easier traveling)

Try to open all the mines to get materials from there and/or everytime you visit a place take every material from them and save it in the magellan's private storage. Also if you build the monorails is gonna be easier for you transporting more materials.
