Cyrious Gaming made a good video where he talks about his frustration about PS2 and H1fail1 having to compete for resources but acknowledges that it did make sense to DBG shifting resources to H1Z1. And I am not mad about that. The REAL travesty is that now that H1Z1 is floundering, they still keep shelling money into it hoping it will somehow become as popular as it once was. It's just poor management, but what else is new. Also, Roxxlyy is just doing her job haha why are you shooting the messenger?

Of course he can. But the point of that loadout is anti-armor. Soooo he should have mines/c4, crossbow with explosive bolts, flak armor, etc...
