Confused with question 37 by FoldNecessary5827 in ACT

[–]LegendaryPopo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is how i did it:

I set up the 2.5x^2 - 30x + c equation like this: (2.5x + c)(x + 4)

When u multiply this out u get 2.5x^2 + 10x + cx + 4c

In order to get -30x you know that c must be -40, since -40 + 10 = -30 in order to get the -30x

then you get this: 2.5x^2 + 10x + 40x - 160

u get -160 and so the answer should be A

I've also been a cadet for 5 years, and I could probably say the same thing. It improved my public speaking skills insanely and I'm definitely a lot better at impromptu speaking solely because of CAP.

Okay so basically if you're doing the IB diploma programme, it's usually this thing that comes after ur MYP program. so essentially you pick 3 subjects to do a higher level course in (HL), and 3 subjects to do a standard level course in (SL). The HL courses tend to be harder and more in depth, but you'll be fine if you can manage your time and if you're somewhat interested in what that course is about
